External and Internal refurbishment
Internal Alterations
Internal alterations and an extension to the existing play centre on Whitehorse Road to create a multi-use room, meeting room, additional office and play space.
Refurbishment of Existing Play Space
Refurbishment works to the existing main play space included the installation of roof lights and a new ceiling.
Store Conversion and New Health Room
Timber-framed flat and pitched roofs were installed, featuring insulated GRP flat roofing and slate tiles on pitched sections.
Comprehensive Fit-Out
The works included demolition and alterations, roof work, external walls and windows, internal walls and doors, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, decoration, fittings and mechanical and electrical installations.
