Project Scope
This project involved a series of ceiling modifications across multiple units and a corridor, including creating new access points and preparing surfaces for painting.
Key Activities
Our team attended the site, secured the work area, and systematically removed sections of existing ceilings and tracks for access and disposal. We created two new access points in the corridor’s plasterboard ceiling, refixed ceiling supports and tracks, and installed a total of five access hatches across the units and corridor. New plasterboard was installed where needed, and all ceiling surfaces were filled, prepared, and painted with two coats of Dulux Trade paint.
Outcome
Upon completion, the site was left clean and tidy, with all specified ceiling modifications and painting works successfully executed, enhancing accessibility and refreshing the aesthetics of the units and corridor.
