NEW RECEPTION & ASSOCIATED INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT
Reception Demolition & Extension
The existing reception area was demolished and a new reception extension of approximately 65m² was constructed.
Extension Foundations & Structure
1.8m deep concrete strip foundations were laid. Alterations were made to existing surface and foul water drainage. External brick cavity walls and a solid concrete floor were constructed, topped with a steel/timber framed flat roof covered with 3-layer felt.
Extension Glazing & Features
Aluminium windows and external doors were installed in the new extension, along with internal fire-rated timber screens and doors, a new reception counter, and a First Aid Room. An external canopy was also added.
Office Refurbishment
The existing offices underwent a strip-out and refurbishment, which included new wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
Services Upgrade
Services within the affected areas were removed and replaced with new heating, hot and cold water systems, electrical installations, fire alarm systems and other specialist services.
External Landscaping
Landscaping improvements were carried out in the external areas adjacent to the new extension.
