Construction of new extensions and internal refurbishment
Extension and Entrance
Construction of an additional storey formed a new nursery at ground floor level and an extended schools use room on the first floor. This phase also included the creation of a new main entrance to the school and the installation of a lift.
East Wing Refurbishment
The existing East Wing of the school was refurbished to create a new admin/reception area, Head Teacher’s office, and nursery toilets at ground floor level, along with a staff room on the first floor. A new lift serving all floors of the building was also installed.
Ground Floor Refurbishment
Part of the existing ground floor of the main building was refurbished to establish a new Deputy Head’s office, kitchen, storage facilities and ground floor staff WCs.
Main Hall Reconfiguration
The Main Hall was relocated from the first floor to the ground floor level and the first-floor hall space was reconfigured.
