SECURITY POLICY STATEMENT

IMS Building Solutions take security very seriously within the company.

All out workers comply with the following:-

• All employees wear company logo clothing with our company information clearly displayed.

• All employees carry company identification cards.

• All sites have a visitors/signing in book where all people entering our sites have to sign.

• All visitors are issued with a visitors pass.

• All sites are safely and securely locked up when not in use.

• All sites have a competent foreman who makes sure all doors and windows are locked, tools are safely locked away and electrics are shut down as appropriate before leaving site.

• All employees are security vetted for criminal records with Essex Police annually.
