Brief:
Design and build new LRC infill extension to fit within existing structure New boilers, chlorifers forced ventilation and cooling plus landscaping to external areas We encountered major issues due to the constraints of the existing structure and invert drain levels. These issues were overcome with close consultation with our partners Alan Baxter Associates.
