d) Timber framed flat roof, insulated and covered with 3 layer high performance felt.
e) Double glazed aluminium entrance doors and windows.
f) Internal partitions, including new reception counter and glazed screen.
g) Internal doors, including forming new openings.
h) Floor finishes.
i) Decorations.
j) Internal office fittings.
k) Construction of accessible toilet.
l) Mechanical works.
m) Electrical works, including extending fire alarm, burglar alarm and access controls.
n) Underground drainage.
