Brief:
The works comprised the internal and external alterations to create additional childcare spaces at the centre, within 5 different areas.
Area A The existing Health Services Area was extended into the Education Support Team Office and refurbished to include new toilets and kitchen facilities, to form the proposed 3 year old area.
Area B The existing LA Education Support Team Office was reduced in size to accommodate the new 3 year old area and refurbished.
Area C The existing Children & Family Centre Toilet Block was converted into a new Healthcare Services Area.
Area D The existing Accessible Toilet was converted into a Meeting Room.
Area E The External Quadrangle was refurbished with new artificial grass and soft play areas.
