Re-roofing to the rear, side and front elevations
Scaffolding Erected
Scaffolding was erected, ensuring a safe and accessible working environment for all re-roofing tasks.
Existing Roofs Stripped
The old roof coverings were carefully stripped away from the rear, side, and front elevations, preparing the surfaces for new materials.
Felt & Battens Installed
New felt and battens were installed as part of the re-roofing process, providing a crucial layer for weatherproofing and securing the new tiles.
Brickwork Repaired
Any necessary brickwork repairs were undertaken to address existing damage and ensure the structural integrity of the roofline and surrounding areas.
Pitched Roofs Tiled & Flat Roofs Renewed
Both the pitched roofs were expertly tiled, and the flat roofs underwent complete renewals, ensuring comprehensive coverage and protection.
Insulation Installed
Finally, new insulation was installed to enhance the thermal efficiency of the property, contributing to better energy performance and comfort.
