Construction of two first floor rooms
Gantry & Canopies
The existing gantry and canopies were dismantled as part of the initial works.
Groundwork
Excavations to the lower ground was completed, followed by pile foundations and a concrete slab. Drainage infrastructure was also installed.
Structural Frame
Scaffolding was erected and the structural steelwork for the new construction was completed.
Upper Structure
First-floor construction, brickwork construction and roof construction were carried out.
External Envelope
Curtain walling was installed to form part of the building’s external envelope.
Internal Finishes
Electrical and air-conditioning works were undertaken, followed by drylining, plastering, decorations and carpeting internally.
