The creation of an infill extension within the existing structure presented unique challenges, particularly concerning the invert drain levels and existing structure. Through close collaboration with Alan Baxter Associates, we successfully designed and constructed the new extension, integrating it with the existing building.

The project also included the installation of new boilers, calorifiers, forced ventilation, and cooling systems, alongside landscaping improvements to the external areas, resulting in a modern and functional learning environment.
