Foundations
Concrete foundations were laid, including underpinning existing walls, constructing a reinforced concrete ground floor and building retaining walls.
Steel Frame
A structural steel framework was erected to provide the main support for the new construction.
External Walls
External walls were constructed using cavity brickwork for durability and insulation.
Roofing
Timber-framed flat and pitched roofs were installed, featuring insulated GRP flat roofing and slate tiles on pitched sections.
Doors & Lights
New timber external doors and ‘Velux’ roof lights were fitted to provide access and natural light.
Internal Layout
Internal spaces were divided using new partitions and internal doors were installed, including the creation of new openings.
